Of all the things I've looked at for five minutes on the UEA Athens login ebook library
Palgrave Advances in Byron Studies by Stabler, J.
is the only one I wished I could read for more than five minutes. It was looking interesting. It was looking like it had read all the other books and could pull interesting bits out of them for compare and contrast. It was looking useful.
So I tried the button that says 'request loan' but now, despite me being all logged in properly, it wants my name, email address, and barcode. Barcode? It does not explain. Not knowing what they want in the box I can't even request it.
And it has to be bought by the UEA library before I can actually read it. It doesn't just list things I can read. It lists everything under the sun. Which isn't terribly helpful, all in all.

At this point I can only figure I could go ask an actual librarian.

Not on christmas eve, obviously, but in general.
