college = tired
Oct. 5th, 2010 07:45 pmwent to college. stayed awake. went to classes.
it was a bit frustrating today cause I'm taking two classes at two different levels and the afternoon course was basically the same stuff as the morning course, only with a video. Where academics read out some of the dirty bits from C18th lit with a mix of modern naked people and C18 engravings. And by that time I was already really having to work on the staying awake parts of life. A day when I could have borrowed the video and gone home to sleep more ... eh, did not happen that way, all done. As of next week the Satire class heads of into a different century and the Revolution and Reaction class stays where it's at, so the repetition will be less pronounced.
The loaner laptop I have until the tech place fixes mine is really really annoying and keeps deleting everything I type at random. Plus it's loaded with Windows Vista and Office 2007, so I have to redo teh settings to save it in something any my other computers could even open. Plus the screen is the most reflective thing I've had the misfortune to try and type on. I will not be buying an Acer of my very own, I tell you for free. I miss my Toshiba.
